이토록 아름다운 황금빛 도시를 지나며.

아이들의 두 눈은 반짝이고,
거리는 환희로 가득 찼네.
사람들은 발걸음을 멈추고 경이롭게 바라보며,
어떤 이는 미소 짓고, 어떤 이는 손을 흔들며,
어떤 이는 카메라를 들어
이 순간을 영원히 간직하려 하네.
사람들이 박해를 받을 때,
신앙이 억압받을 때,
선량함이 사람의 마음에서 내몰릴 때,
우리는 그저 침묵하고 있을 수만은 없네.
우리는 믿네,
생명 이면에는 더 깊은 의미가 있음을.
자비로우신 창세주께서 우리를 사랑하시며,
우리를 제도하러 오셨음을.
